Visit packages give you bundled access to direct care at a reduced effective per-visit rate — covering new patient and established visits alike.
If you have one of the following plans, nothing changes. We remain in-network and your visits continue to be billed to your insurance exactly as before.
For patients with other insurance, direct care means you pay the fee at the time of scheduling. We will provide a detailed superbill — an itemized receipt with CPT and ICD-10 codes — at no charge, which you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
